When you pre-paing domain names, you will receive the invoice for the service (by both e-mail and snail-mail).
Later, when you make the registration, you will receive second invoice, but with 0 (zero) as grand total.
Payment using Moneybookers is accepted for all plans where PayPal is accepted
PayPal transfers are accepted but you need to cover the PayPal fee of 4%.
In case PayPal charge no fee, those 4% are credited in your account.
